1. What DocLink provides

DocLink is a digital platform for finding doctors, managing serial bookings and chamber activity, accessing preliminary AI health information and using shop services. The platform itself is not a doctor or emergency medical service. A doctor’s clinical advice is separate from automated information.

2. Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate details, keep your password private and use only your own authorized account. Do not impersonate a doctor, create misleading listings, submit false payment details, misuse donor contacts or upload unlawful material. Only submit another person’s information with appropriate permission.

3. Doctor listings and appointments

Directory details, chamber hours, fees and availability may change. Public or AI-discovered listings are not a guarantee of credentials or availability; confirm information with the chamber. Booking status and queue progress do not guarantee an exact consultation time or clinical outcome.

Check the doctor’s stated fees and payment details before confirming. Contact the chamber and DocLink support about appointment changes or payment disputes. No universal cancellation fee or refund promise is set by this page.

4. Shop orders and payments

Review products, quantities, delivery information and displayed totals before placing an order. Cash and online payment options depend on the seller’s settings. An uploaded transaction reference remains subject to review and is not proof that payment has been approved.

Availability and delivery depend on the relevant pharmacy, supplier and delivery service. Ask support or the seller about order changes, returns or refunds before purchasing; this page does not create a new returns or refund policy. Obtain professional advice and any required prescription before using medicines.

5. AI and medical information

AI output is preliminary general information, not diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for a licensed professional. Do not start, stop or change treatment based only on DocLink’s AI responses. The Medical Disclaimer provides further safety guidance.

6. Content and external services

You remain responsible for content you submit and for having permission to share it. Doctor posts may require moderation. External links, payment services and AI tools have their own terms. A directory entry, post or advertisement is not an endorsement of a treatment or product.

7. Service limitations

Connections, external services, search results and automated output may be unavailable or inaccurate. Do not rely on DocLink as the sole record of urgent health instructions. Contact support about account problems, misleading information or service failures. These terms do not remove rights available under applicable law.

8. Updates and support
