1. Information you provide

Depending on the service you use, DocLink collects account and contact details such as your name, email, phone number and location; profile information; appointment details; and shop order and delivery information. Payment submissions may include a sender number and transaction reference.

Health tools receive the questions, medicine details and photos you choose to submit. Do not include passwords, payment PINs, or unnecessary personal details in a chat or support message.

2. How information is used

Information is used to manage accounts, match doctors by specialty and location, maintain bookings and queues, process orders, provide requested AI information and respond to support messages. Manually entered locations are used for search and delivery; device location is requested only when you choose a location-based feature.

Website analytics may collect visit, page, device and referral information to understand site use and investigate service problems.

3. AI chat and prescription photos

When you consent to an AI request, your question and any attached photo are sent through DocLink’s n8n workflow to the configured AI service for processing. Avoid uploading information about another person without their permission.

Health chat questions and answers are saved in your account. Authorized administrators can review, flag or correct replies; the original answer is retained separately from an administrator’s correction. Prescription scan mode may extract doctor contact, chamber, specialty and fee details into the doctor directory. The directory is not intended to publish patient medical content.

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Read the Medical Disclaimer and consult a qualified doctor before acting on them. External AI and automation services apply their own data-handling terms.

4. Who receives information

Relevant booking information is available to the assigned doctor and administrators. Order information is used by the relevant pharmacy, delivery partner and administrators to fulfil the order. Voluntarily shared donor contacts are available to signed-in users; blood requests have separate sharing consent.

DocLink uses hosting, account, storage, automation, AI and Google services to operate the app. Selected account and doctor-directory fields are synchronized to the owner’s Google Sheet; passwords and patient medical chat content are not part of those Sheet exports. Support form messages are saved for administrator review.

External services may process information outside Bangladesh. Contact DocLink if you need clarification about a provider or a particular data flow.

5. Cookies, local storage and Google advertising

DocLink uses browser storage for sign-in, language preferences and app functionality. The installable app may cache application files for basic offline access. Browser controls let you remove local storage or cookies, although doing so may sign you out or reset settings.

Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to DocLink and other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or explore third-party opt-outs at aboutads.info.

Google’s use of data is explained in the links below. Where consent is legally required, advertising must follow the applicable consent requirements; a privacy notice alone is not consent.

6. Your choices and requests

You can edit available account details in your profile, choose whether to submit an AI photo, and manage browser cookies and storage. To request access, correction or deletion of information, contact kanan.ntrack@gmail.com. DocLink may need to verify account ownership before responding.

The scope of deletion can depend on existing appointments, orders and applicable obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion of every record. Contact support for information about your specific request.

7. Data safety and children

Account and role-based controls limit access to private records. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security; use a strong password and do not share your account credentials.

A parent or guardian should assist a child using the service. If you believe a child’s information was submitted without appropriate permission, contact support so the concern can be reviewed.
