Medical Disclaimer

DocLink’s AI assistant provides preliminary information. It does not replace a real doctor, clinical examination or emergency care.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Not a diagnosis or prescription

AI chat, prescription reading, medication descriptions and other automated outputs are provided for general information. They do not establish a doctor–patient relationship and must not be treated as a diagnosis, prescription or individualized treatment plan.

2. Consult a qualified professional

A qualified doctor or pharmacist should confirm symptoms, medicine names, doses, interactions and suitability. Age, pregnancy, allergies, existing illness and other medicines can change what is safe. Never start, stop or change a medicine solely on the basis of an AI answer.

3. Images, doses and prices may be wrong

AI can misread handwriting, medicine labels or images, omit important information, or generate an incorrect answer. Verify every extracted medicine and instruction against the original prescription with a professional. Price estimates in Bangladesh are indicative, not a pharmacy quote or a promise of stock. A cited reference does not guarantee that the answer is correct or current.

4. Do not wait for the app in an emergency

Seek immediate in-person care or contact local emergency services for a medical emergency. In Bangladesh, the national emergency number is 999. Do not wait for an AI reply, serial booking, priority request, donor match or support response.

Blood donor listings do not guarantee donor eligibility, blood availability or transfusion safety. Arrange screening and transfusion through an appropriate healthcare facility.

5. Listings, posts and advertising

Public doctor listings, doctor posts and advertisements are not independent verification of credentials or endorsements of treatment. Confirm a practitioner’s credentials and chamber information directly. Advertising is separate from medical advice.

6. Report a concern

Tell DocLink support at kanan.ntrack@gmail.com if an AI reply, listing or post appears inaccurate or unsafe. For a personal medical problem, speak to a qualified clinician rather than using the support form.
